About the book

Does it work, how much, and is it safe?

High blood pressure rarely announces itself, and most people who have it feel completely normal, often for years. This book checks every food, habit and supplement against the published research and asks three questions: does it work, how much, and is it safe? Each one gets a grade, from Supported to Harmful, a real number that says which reading moved (office, home or a 24-hour monitor), and a priority: Start here, Add next, Optional extras or Skip. It’s written for adults with high blood pressure, or with blood pressure that’s starting to creep up, to use with their doctor. It adds to your medicine; it never replaces it.
